1.- Who is the Data Controller of the personal data provided?
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, RGPD) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantees of Rights (LOPDGDD) we inform you that the data provided through this website will be processed by Linketer S.L. with registered office at Domicilio: Calle Leon 724, Cadalso de los Vidrios (Madrid) and NIF B04933065.
2.- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At Linketer S.L. we are concerned about the privacy of our users, as well as protecting your information securely. In accordance with the RGPD and LOPDGDD we inform you of the processing we will carry out with your personal data:

3.- What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is article 6.1.b) of the RGPD, specifically, the management of the pre-contractual measures requested by the interested party through the contact form provided for this purpose.
4.- How long will we keep your personal data?
Linketer S.L. will comply with the provisions of current legislation regarding the duty to delete personal information that is no longer necessary for the purpose or purposes for which it was collected, blocking it, in order to address any possible liabilities arising from the processing of data, and only during the statute of limitations for such liabilities. Once these periods have elapsed, this information will be definitively eliminated by means of secure methods.
5.- To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?
The personal data of the interested parties will not be communicated to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law, although Linketer S.L. may maintain contracts with service providers for the performance of certain activities. Linketer S.L. service providers have formalised the required processor contracts in accordance with the provisions of article 28 of the RGPD.
6.- What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?
The interested party may exercise the rights detailed below, accompanying their request with a copy of a reliable identification document (DNI, NIE, etc.) and contacting Linketer S.L. by e-mail at info@linketer.com.
Right of access: This is the right of the data subject to obtain from Linketer S.L. confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, the right of access to the personal data.
Right of rectification: This is the right of the data subject to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her. The data subject shall also, taking into account the purposes of the processing, have the right to have incomplete personal data supplemented, including by means of an additional statement.
Right to erasure: This is the right of the data subject to obtain the erasure of his or her personal data, provided that one of the circumstances set out in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation applies.
Right to limitation of processing: This is the right of the data subject to obtain limitation of the processing of personal data, provided that any of the conditions established in article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met. In this case, the data may only be processed, with the exception of their retention, with the consent of the data subject or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
Right to object: This is the right of the data subject, in certain circumstances and on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to object to the processing of his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Right to data portability: This is the right of the data subject to receive personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another data controller without being prevented from doing so by the data controller to whom he/she has provided them, provided that the conditions established in article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation are complied with.
7.- Changes to the Privacy Policy
Linketer S.L. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, case law or interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. In this case, Linketer S.L. will announce such changes, indicating clearly and with due notice of the changes made, and requesting, if necessary, acceptance of such changes.
