No, pregnancy and delivery follow-up are excluded.

Q: How do I apply for a home pharmacy service?

It can be requested by telephone on 913536348 or directly through My sanitas. In the digital application it will be necessary to attach the medical prescription with the medicine. If you request it by telephone, a taxi service will come to your home to pick up the prescription so that you can buy the medicine and deliver it later.

Q: How is the co-payment paid?

The co-payment is often paid on a quarterly basis. The insured will receive a quarterly receipt with the amount of the co-payment associated with the services performed, in addition, he/she can check the status of the co-payment through the My Sanitas app or through the Sanitas website at any time.

Q: What dental cover is included with this plan?

Yes, the product includes basic odontostomatology, so extractions, cures and mouth cleaning are included free of charge.
